Stroh & Associates is an independent, veteran-owned brokerage specializing exclusively in employer-sponsored health insurance and employee benefits. Headquartered in Bismarck, North Dakota, we serve businesses across the state and beyond with a proactive, employer-first approach.


Founded by Sheyna (Stroh) Weisenburger, who has worked in insurance, employee benefits, and human resources since 2004, our firm was built on the belief that employers deserve more than a once-a-year quote.



We help businesses design, manage, and improve their health insurance and benefits programs through thoughtful strategy, multi-carrier comparisons, and year-round support. Our work doesn’t stop after coverage is placed — we stay engaged throughout the year to support claims issues, answer questions, and position our clients for stronger renewals.


As an independent brokerage, we work for our clients — not the insurance companies. That independence allows us to provide unbiased guidance, advocate on your behalf, and leverage deep carrier relationships to support competitive outcomes.

Sheyna Weisenburger
(formerly Stroh)

Sheyna is originally from Devils Lake, North Dakota. After graduating high school, she served her country in the North Dakota Army National Guard and attended college at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. Following college graduation, she moved to Bismarck, ND where she has held positions as an Executive Director of a state-wide non-profit, a Financial Advisor, an Account Executive with BlueCross BlueShield of North Dakota, and most recently, the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for the University of Mary. For over 20 years, Sheyna has been assisting companies in making smart, strategic decisions in employee benefits and insurance along with providing compliance guidance.


Sheyna is married to her husband Clint, they have four children Braden, Bailey, Emily, and Katelyn. During her time off she enjoys golfing, jogging, and spending time with family.

Amy Privratsky

Amy Privratsky is the Senior Account Manager for Stroh and Associates. She is licensed in health and life insurance. Her primary responsibility is to ensure the best customer service experience for our valued clients. She has established an excellent relationship with all of the carrier lines and is quick to provide ongoing assistance to an ever changing industry. Amy is also the primary point of contact for our small group market clients. 


Amy is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota. After graduating Bismarck High School, she served her country as a Unit Administrator for five years in the North Dakota Army National Guard. Amy prides herself in attention to detail along with her ability to provide the personal touch that Stroh and Associates is known for.


Amy is married to her husband Rod and they have two children, Matthew and Elizabeth. During her time off, she enjoys running, working out, cooking and spending time with family.

Stacy Suedel 

Stacy Suedel serves as the Business Development Director at Stroh & Associates and has called the Bismarck–Mandan community home for 25 years. Guided by her faith, Stacy believes meaningful relationships are the foundation of impactful work and brings that approach to every client connection. She is dedicated to helping connect businesses to the best-valued and strategically designed health insurance and employee benefits to meet the needs of each individual business.


Outside the office, Stacy enjoys golfing, hiking, anything to do with the mountains, visiting hot springs, serving in her church and supporting her children in their activities. Stacy has three children: Jacob, Brynlee and Brooklyn.
